We’re looking for a someone to join the PromptLayer team in NYC to lead Developer Relations and spread the gospel of prompt engineering.

Community is in our DNA. From indie hackers in Discord to enterprise ML teams, you’ll run events, publish tutorials, and launch viral mini-projects that keep PromptLayer at the center of every AI conversation.

You will be working at the very forefront of AI, and you will be building a product that will help democratize and shape this technological revolution. This role will work side-by-side with our founder to own developer experience end-to-end— writing tutorial content, owning documentation, building agents, and shipping prototypes that turn curious builders into power users.

What you will focus on:

• Publish tutorials, technical docs, videos, and prompt-engineering courses.
• Grow and manage our community: Discord, newsletters, poker nights, hackathons.
• Launch viral side-projects, demos, and widgets that showcase PromptLayer’s power.

This will also include:

• Help customers level-up their prompts and agents, ensuring they are successful using PromptLayer.
• Feed community insights back to the product team to improve docs, API, and UX.

Requirements:

• ⌨️ Technically literate, understands APIs, and frequent vibe-coder.
• 🗣️ Communicate complex ideas simply.
• 🏎️ Loves to move fast— takes ideas from concept to launch in days, not months.
• ✍️ Ability to take initiative, own projects end-to-end, and loves building
• 🗽 Live in NYC or willing to relocate
